EGT Travel & Tours was founded in 1994 by Emy Guerrero Tabangay, who began as a tour guide and built the business through educational field trips for schools.

Despite limited resources in the early years, her dedication and commitment earned the trust of schools and helped establish EGT as a recognized name in Tarlac. The company name itself, EGT—stands as a tribute to her legacy.
